Stuffing is definitely not a Brazilian thing, but this bread dish has always been one of my favorite American holiday dishes. It’s like a savory bread pudding of sorts! And, if you haven’t tried it, this is your invitation.

1. Preheat the oven to 275F.

PREHEAT THE OVEN

2. Arrange the diced pretzels in a baking tray in one layer. Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway to ensure they bake evenly.

3. When the pretzels are dried and crisp, remove the tray from the oven and let them sit out to cool.

COOL

4. Increase the oven temperature to 350F. In the meantime, in a medium pot on stovetop over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
