Made with a simple graham cracker crust and a no-bake cheesecake filling, this homemade cheesecake is incredibly simple to make and serve. Top it with fresh fruit, passion fruit sauce or passion fruit curd for a perfect final touch.

1. Line a spring form pan with parchment paper on the bottom and on the sides.

PREP THE PAN

2. Combine crackers, melted butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Pulse until crumbled. Press the mixture firmly into a lined pan, ensuring a sturdy crust. Freeze for at least 10 minutes while preparing the filling.

MAKE THE CRUST
