Bourbon Madeleine Berry Parfait

  • 1 pint of whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp of confectioners sugar
  • about 30 madeleine cookies*
  • enough bourbon to soak up your madeleines about 1/4 c
  • All your favorite berries - the more the berrier ;)


  • using a stand mixer (or by hand) whip the cream with the sugar until it forms medium peaks
  • crumble the madeleines with your hands and add the bourbon little by little until they are wet
  • using a large glass container, or several individual ones, layer you parfait starting with a layer of the madeline crumble, then a layer of the cream, a layer of the berries, and so forth

    *you can buy madeleines by the pound at Costco, or a handful of units at some Starbucks
