Instructions
using a stand mixer (or by hand) whip the cream with the sugar until it forms medium peaks
crumble the madeleines with your hands and add the bourbon little by little until they are wet
using a large glass container, or several individual ones, layer you parfait starting with a layer of the madeline crumble, then a layer of the cream, a layer of the berries, and so forth
