Ingredients
3cupsof fresh spinachabout 3 hand-fulls
1cupof fresh basilabout 1 hand-full
3clovesof garlic
1/2cupof parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/4cupalmondsunsalted
Zest of one lemon
2tablespoonsof lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2cupolive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Measure all the ingredients out before beginning.
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor.
Start pulsing slowly a few times until you have chunks and all the ingredients start to combine.
Blend until combined.

Notes
Store for 5-7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Top with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent oxidation.
